We only use High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) lumber manufactured by the industry leader Tangent Technologies®. Their eco-friendly lumber products are the highest quality recycled plastic lumber brands in the marketplace. Tangent Technologies® diverts 210 million milk bottles or 15,000 tons of HDPE post consumer plastics from landfills, certifying that their product contains 95% recycled content.
We here at Carolina Casual also participate in Tangent Technologies® Closed Loop Product cycle, meaning that we return all scrap lumber including lumber shavings to Tangent Technologies® to be recycled back into future lumber products.
Carolina Casual believes in a quality that is not commonly available in the world of furniture today. All of our furniture is handcrafted by a dedicated team of true craftsman; we hand cut each piece and shape it using old world methods. Each piece is assembled by hand using 316 marine grade stainless steel which is proven to be more resistant to corrosion. Our furniture design focuses on comfort, quality, and design ensuring that each product will last for years of enjoyment.

What’s covered
This warranty covers all furniture produced from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). All HDPE furniture manufactured by Carolina Casual Outdoor Furniture, Inc. is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials. If a product fails during a period of (20) years residential and (5) years commercial from the date of purchase under the terms of our warranty, Carolina Casual Outdoor Furniture, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective furniture. There will be no cash refunds, and shipping and handling are not covered under this warranty. Carolina Casual reserves the right, in the case of discontinued or out of production models, to replace with an item of similar quality and style.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover any normal loss of color, chemicals or cleaning substances put on the furniture causing discoloring. Nor does it apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which are received by regular use. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of nature.
This warranty only covers the structure of the hardware and not surface rust. Surface rust is due to improper cleaning procedures.
Exclusions include: freight damage, damage due to acts of nature, fire, abuse, vandalism, lack of proper care and maintenance, fading, hardware corrosion & rust, freeze damage, and improper assembly.
