Warranty is valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase and pictures are required. Residential products are designed for residential use only, and the warranty is void if used otherwise. All warranty work is prorated and limited. Warranties during the first full year are covered 100% including freight.
Commercial

I 100% recommend Lanai Lifestyles for your outdoor furniture!! Loren was a pleasure to work with. Berlin Gardens furniture is worth the investment given the amazing warranty. We purchased our furniture early in our house building process and Loren stored it for us and then delivered after closing.
I absolutely LOVE what we chose! It looks beautiful around our pool!!

We purchased a couple of different sets of furniture from Lanai Lifestyles and have been extremely happy with the quality of not only the furniture but the folks that own and operate this wonderful business! I was shocked to see recently that I thought they had closed but as it turns out they only moved!! Thankfully we can go to their new place off of Lena Rd!!

The owners are very nice and accommodate your needs for your pool and outdoor furniture and they have the best price on chlorine. They fill your bottle, you don't have to exchange it. And Cheaper than Pinch a Penny.

Family owned and operated and it shows, very knowledgeable with all types of pools and products. Check them out and get your pool water computer tested for free. They also have great prices on chemicals and pool parts, along with lots of furniture and outdoor grill stations.
Meatball give them an A + rating for keeping his pool balanced.
The kids added a new water feature.

Highly recommend Lanai Lifestyles and the team there (Jesslyn, Stephanie and Loren)! We just had them scratch build and outdoor kitchen on our lanai here in Lakewood Ranch. Fantastic job, finished so that it looks like it was part of the original build of the house. Loren was in constant communications and the project was completed as discussed and in a timely and efficient manner. Great Job!

We are new to the area and needed lanai furniture, we went to 3 other stores and were not impressed at all. Then we walked into Lanai Lifestyles and instantly felt "now this is the type of furniture our outdoor space deserves". Loren, Stephanie and their daughter helped us pick out and customize everything, tables, chairs, sofa, swivel chairs, you name it. Everyone that spends time on our lanai stays that it feels like a resort, and it does thanks to the family owned and operated Lanai Lifestyles.
